“ I really enjoyed the informal presentation with questions. I could see the energy for one of the presenters go through the roof when there were lots of questions .... not so much about the model business model but about the tool. They had fun! I also think the entrepreneurs got a lot out of it. ” -

“ We started late (due to miscommunication from partner organizations on our start time) but with one presenter dropping out, and our strict adherence to time limits, we were able to wrap up quickly. Amy from CFE also suggested that we do networking *ahead* of the meetup, which would probably help. Great presentations this time, and happy to see some politicians and new venture fund managers in the crowd. We seem to have hurt for engineers, though - the physical and mental gap between North and Central Campus is profound (it really seems few engineers ever visit the b-school, and few MBAs make it to the engineering school). Everyone who's asking me about finding technical cofounders - please post to the message boards here, or to the a2geeks@googlegroups

Thanks so much Dug! I'm going to be in San Francisco (and actually, Mountain View and the Google Plex to be precise) for this one, but I'll definitely come talk to the group at some point. So, I got my RSVP a little wrong. :) Everything is official now, and the blog posts announcing the acquisition are up!
For those driving, parking is free after 5 PM in the covered b-school parking structure right next to the building.
There is also open wifi, so we won't need our WirelessYpsi Meraki APs this time. :-)
Nathan, perhaps you could take a minute during the open to talk about your just-announced acquisition by Google? :-)
