They'll talk about participating in YCombinator, tricks for pricing your product, developing your product with customers and partners, providing excellent customer support, and some of the crazy things people type online when they think nobody is watching.

Zach is an Ann Arbor expat who likes hiking, eating chocolate chip cookies, and making stuff. He's been spotted at CoffeeHouseCoders, Ignite Ann Arbor, and other a2geeks events. Before Olark, Zach was an early engineer at Zattoo.

Matt is a software guy, wanna-be designer, and yeasayer. On visits back to Ann Arbor, you'll probably find him at CoffeeHouseCoders, Startup Drinks, or (hopefully) some late afternoon porch-sitting and conversation. Before doing Olark, Matt was previously at Zattoo, Apple, and Xanga - and thankful for the great people and experiences every step of the way.
